Anforderungsprofile II

In the next compartement a table with Lego parts spread out suggest a gaming situation, which one finds quite often included in office spaces (soccer table, pool billard, flipper machine). Two small monitors installed on the table show the training aims of „Lego Serious Play“. The Interview were made by Stefanie Habluetzel (Zurich).

„Lego Serious Play“ -a sub firm of the multinational LEGO company - has developed a socalled „Real Time Strategy Workshop“ for top managers: constructive visualization processes are in place that shall help with optimizing business flow and aims. Managers of large companies like NOKIA and Mercedes Benz have already implemented their company visions by playing with the child tools. In the course of the exhibition the Museum of Design Zurich staff used this strategy tool to formulate the museum's aims for the new directorial team in relation to the actual reform process and cuttings in the budget.

On the wall a video entitled „I am a revolutionary“ by Carey Young (London) hang like a classical image, in which the artist is standing in an office building with her personal trainer, trying to express herself in a convincing way as a revolutionary .
